Guy B. got his start in honeybee farming accidentally by way of a surprise Christmas gift from his sister consisting of his first hive with a pre-purchased nuc of Italian honeybees from Georgia.

The beginning of Guy Bees Apiary was a little rocky but with luck and some careful tending, the bees made a home in beautiful rural Maine. It turns out rural Maine is a great place for natural honey bee farming. There are a variety of foraging options in the form of wild flowers, fruit  trees and nut bearing trees.

With dedication to natural honey production Guy B. formed GBA so he could be good to the environment and good to his prized honeybees. Real raw wildflower honey must be tasted to be believed.
